There isn't a manager alive that can do a good job as long as Sullivan is around.

It doesn't take long for the penny to drop that whatever was promised to them during the interview is the complete opposite of what the actual reality is going to be as soon as the contract is signed.

They probably start out optimistic about giving it a real go but just end up resigning themselves to the fact they can't actually do much until the inevitable happens and they get rewarded with a golden handshake for their poker face competence.

I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times - I suspect that David Gold was the diplomatic one in their business partnership who could smooth things over after the diminutive one had a tantrum or his scheming caused a flare-up to occur.

Sullivan insists on fishing in a cheap, unemployed pool of managers who are grateful for another chance. So we get poor/flawed managers on a regular basis. He then hinders them further once they’re in post.

As we’ve all said so many times, the only way to break the doom loop at the club is for Sullivan to step down, sell up or hand over control of all footballing matters to somebody (not of his choosing) who knows the terrain.

The other person who I assume is Kretinsky I would feel a lot more confident of having success under. 

Ironically he seems to be the one happy to finish 17th.

Yes, that's what Summerville does Outer. However,  his final ball and shooting is rubbish. It is worth seeing if it can improve, Forest disallowed goal was a step in the right direction. For me he should play as with Bowen doing little, Summerville is our only player taking pressure of the defence by keeping the ball in the other half for part of the games. Also that is considerably better entertainment than watching Kilman's headless defending.

As a quick follow on to Massive; when Summerville gets the ball he is quick, goes on a run and beats two opposing players in quick succession and then looks around for someone to pass to. Only, they are not there. He then makes the decision to keep going alone but by that time he is surrounded by defenders and loses the ball. If I had a pound for very time I have seen that happen I would be a rich man.

My heart sank when he tried that reversed full back shit against Brentford and Leeds. I thought to myself how can a manager who is regarded as capable think that was going to work in any way, shape or form. 

If he had set the team up like he did against Burnley and Newcastle we might've got 4 points from those 2 games. 

Why did he need to give away 2 matches to realise that? A massive red flag. Also, if he needs all of his previous backroom staff at Forest to point out the stark, staring fucking obvious then he can't be too bright eh?
