World Cup Tickets
Anyone else been looking at this?
First nightmare, ticket prices are 1000s of US dollars!!! They have a resale option for unwanted tickets from the early sale. I looked at one game and prices were from 1800 to 11500 US dollars!! I heard said they were expensive, but that made me think a 100, maybe 200, but 1000s! It's a piss take.
Second nightmare, group matches will be played across different cities in different countries and you will probably have to travel over a 1000 miles between venues for different group games!
It is just bare faced robbery. With no thought of the fans.
It is so sad what these money grabbing cunts are doing to every part of our game.
I really wanted to go, but cannot see it at the moment. I'll see what happens after the draw on the 5th Dec. Maybe it's a bit better through the football association...

Hope you enjoyed the cricket
Nah I just find it very weird that an English bloke would take the piss out of himself, a classical Aussie piss take of the English is knotted handkerchief, string vest, no teeth, don't wash etc.. And you use it as a stereotype for me because I'm English... When you're English yourself..it's bizarre like you're desperate to be an Aussie bantering the English when you're not.
Yeah I did enjoy the cricket, thanks for asking.

Own it
Ha ha why do you keep making shit up because you're an English bloke supporting Australia which is true.
No false teeth, no string vest (nobody dresses like that in clubs) definitely no man boobs and you don't have to be off your tits to like house music..
You know fuck all about me because you haven't met me, but some on here have and I'm nothing like that, it's very, very odd.. Especially you telling me to own it when you can't own what you are and have to deflect by making imaginary stuff up..

Almost as strange as being sent to Australia and then being sent back to England as TOO criminal
Offence - Being an elderly junkie with an appalling taste in music
That would be bad but none of it applies to me while on the other hand you being English and supporting Australia is true and odd... Nobody had to make that up.. As you were.

Did meet quite a few oddballs who didn't support a club team and were from places like Kettering, who follow England everywhere. Strange characters.
I've never met anyone at an England away game that doesn't support a Club. Not one.
Strange that.
Strange that.

What’s different from doing that with West Ham?

Ta - although I'm not sure whether that means getting there or getting knocked out!
For reference - a ticket for the AFCON Final on Sunday is £32.

Re: World Cup Tickets
I think tv at home will do most people who value paying their mortgage & eating
Was looking at the match schedule the other day and there are a decent number of 8pm & 9pm kickoffs
Of course there are far too many teams & too many matches so pacing yourself & maybe coming at the round of 16 might not be a bad idea

Re: World Cup Tickets
And ten times what tickets for every England game - including the Final - at Euro 24 cost IN TOTAL.
