The victims of the big fires that burned down Altadena and Pacific Palisades, (two extremely beautiful and wealthy areas in Los Angeles) are still waiting on building permits more than a year after the fires.

Governor Gavin Newsome who has his eye on running for President in 2028 has been absolutely horrific in this disaster. 

So Trump announced that he is taking over and will provide immediate building permits and offer a 10% square footage bonus for those that want it. The increase in Sq Footage adds value for those that don’t know. Without Trump getting involved who knows how long these people will wait.

Also the Feds are about to investigate fraud in the state too as Billions have disappeared for a speed rail project linking so cal to Nor cal, Billions have gone missing for the Homeless too.
