Yep, Sullivan has for 16 years been the root cause of all our problems.  Him and Gold getting ownership of the club was the worst possible thing that has occured in our 126 year history. He continues, due to his psychological disorder ( small man syndrome / narcissism ) to drive deeper into the abyss.

All his energies focused on deflecting blame. A pathological liar. Classic traits of a narcissist.

He’s ruined the club and is now taking us down again. What with his dreadful ownership of Birmingham. Their fans despise him with a passion and their warnings of what would happen and how we woukd be lied to have been realised.

16 years, the words “back where we belong” in context of how he has run the business that is West Ham, ring true.  100s of millions wasted, we return yo tye championship but now with no fixed assets and an organisational infrastructure that is not “fit for purpose” which includes a first team squad of 14 or 15 senior pros.

16 years = abject failure and this man still spinning his propaganda.   We got to increase the pressure on him.  No more BS !!!

Jesse Lingard being spotted keeping fit in Essex is definitely making me think he’s going to be our Paqueta replacement considering Sullivan’s mouthpieces are saying we’re not getting a replacement or a new CB because no one wants to join us.

Again, had weeks to strengthen the squad and add depth in positions and we are actually looking like we will have less players to choose from than Jan 1st. So demoralising.
Top transfer source = David Sullivan. The excuses start pouring out as to why he's failed to sign anyone for his manager again. He's already blamed Nuno now it's everyone else's fault but his. Wilfully omitting he's the one that's got us to this position all by himself with some help from his baroness sidekick.

I never said Hermans Hermitsen was a good signing either but if you're clutching at straws to justify a slightly less awful signing then fill yet boots.
So did we actually blinder into a bullet oh wise one?
Forest  haven't exactly kicked on have they? The bloke can't be that good if exactly 2 years ago to the date in the January transfer window he barely had 100 appearances to his name.
So you're expecting Forest to have kicked on after signing a second keeper? Yeah seems reasonable. Are you being willfully thick or have you had a bang on the head? You've had a mare here.

Am sure there are centre halves like Pinnock of Brentford happy to come on loan just to play
Or centre halves looking to play on loan to make a World Cup squad
Obviously top notch starters aren’t joining
Thats all down to our previous shit recruiting
If no one is available why not keep Igor or not send Casey out to Orient after he came back from Swansea

At a guess maybe around 18 mil. Fella must have more money than the pope, he was on circa 200k a week at Man City for a few years, prior to that big money at Liverpool.

I wouldn't want him, not a 'team player' and downed tools a few years ago.

He had a long history of frequent injury problems which limited his appearances including a very serious knee injury. He will be 30 this year and doesn't have anywhere near the number of matches under his belt that you would expect a goalkeeper of that age to have. Less than 200. Did well at Botofogo for about 18 months but always a back-up until he was nearly 28 years old.

Like I said bullet dodged.

Over the years our club seems to be a willing and very easy target for the sort of thing where players have fundamental physical issues - it was known when the diminutive one almost got this over the line last summer.

We've got three and one is calamity Kilman, we will 100% be attempting to bring in a CB. Mayers ain't a CB at Prem level Golamwossname surely won't be thrown in. I'd imagine Arsehole Disaster from Chelsea will get done because nobody wants him so they'll do it just to spite us.

Massive Attack" wrote: 28 Jan 2026, 17:19 Looking at the actual number of bodies both out of the Squad and currently in, if Nuno really wants to address the imbalance of the Squad, then we'd better get a wriggle on. We've only got 3 players in at the moment and possibly more might be leaving.

That rumour about Nuno being content with the defence at it stands better not be true

I guess the argument is we've gained 3 players who will meaningfully contribute, and lost only one who was contributing.  So are we better off or worse off?

Irving, Guido, JWP, Marshall, Fullkrug, Earthy, Igor...one of them were actually adding anything to the squad.

They didn't add anything because they were largely ignored. Not quite the same thing. And if Nuno had it his way and wasn't refused by the Board to keep Wilson, he too would have been slung out the door only relying on the 3 that recently came in.

Just on bodies being available regardless of quality, should we actually suffer a number of injuries (which we have been very lucky with so far for a change) before the season finishes then we are going to be very light. The idea during a winter window is to get in more than enough players to see us out, not significantly reduce it.

As it currently stands we have wilfully gutted out the Squad leaving us little room for injuries should should they likely materialise before the emd of the season. Risky unnecessary strategy which I hope will be properly addressed before the final day of thw window closes. We really do need at least 1 ideally 2 Centre Halves for a start.
