Although I guessed you wanted Mark Twain as the answer to Q3. I believe the real answer is that it is unattributed. Some people will have Oscar Wilde as the answer but that is probably just as doubtful as Mark Twain. This has led to a few arguments when I ran quizzes at my old golf club.

Bit of useless information. "The most famous and widely accepted origin story for the name Oscar is credited to Margaret Herrick, the Academy’s first librarian. The story goes that Herrick saw one of the awards sitting on an executive’s desk and remarked, “He reminds me of my Uncle Oscar.” Wonder what they would be called if his name had been Dave or Dick?!
