IMO Nuno, being ultra conservative, will simply replace Potts with Magassa in the same team / formation / tactics that started against the Mancs. Magassa, like Potts, will be used to give us 3 in midfield and stiffle their build up play. Unfortunately unlike the Mancs, BMouth are rapid on the counter but Nuno likely to stick with same tactics and formation in a “paint by numbers” stylee. Mad Paco might have other ideas though?

Bit of a curve ball, but I'd pick what is now the accepted starting 11 (Disasi starts) but just replace Pablo with Magassa, and have him playing the same role that Pablo has been.

He played for Monaco as a 10 a bit apparently, but regardless, the job in that role is to hassle the opposition, don't give the defenders/defensive midfielders any time on the ball, and pinch the ball if possible. Magassa can do that no problem, and he's also quicker than Pablo, albeit probably won't have the same energy. The role hasn't been about being a goal threat, so we won't be missing anything on that front.

Show's the lack of options, but I reckon that could work.

I think he might end up going with a back 5 by default, i.e he doesn't trust the likes of Magassa and Traore to start. Plus it saves him the headache of which CB to leave out.

If Wilson is better off the bench, and gives us that fresh legs up top second half which we need.....

Is it worth putting Summerville behind Taty and Diouf LW with either Scarles or Mayers LB?
