Odds slashed from 5/1 to 7/2.

The team look incredibly together, positive and on a mission. Not that it WILL lead to us staying up or winning the cup, but I should think we are in better shape in terms of togetherness and positivity than most of the teams around us aside from arguably wolves, weirdly.

We were two up against Chelsea. In a one off game think there hit and miss and we can compete.

Arsenal...well we dealt with set piece FC in Brentford for the most part last night, so maybe.

City I think would and will pass us off the park.

But in a one off game anything can happen of course.

IF we beat Leeds, yes it's very tough to have to go through two of the four from Arsenal, Chelsea (assuming they both win) and the victor of Man City/Liverpool and win them both. You'd say one is doable but to get past two of those sides is a big ask and you're probably needing luck and an off day. But you never know what might happen. I guess there's the scenario where Saints do Arsenal and we manage to draw them, but I cannot see it.

Unlikely but still not impossible, did anyone think Palace would beat City?

Winning the FA Cup but also being relegated third bottom with 36 points.
I'd take that. be gutted to go down but all i am really bothered about in my lifetime is to win the FA cup.

Plus going down with the likes of Kante, Mayers, Potts etc theres good foundations to rebuild.  FA Cup win then a play off win next season after finishing 8th?   Sold

Although play like we did last night from now till end of season and if Jimmy isnt crocked......we will have a great chance of being safe.

We were struggling the year Blackburn won the league.

We beat them at home

Then had to take 3 points in the last 4 days from Liverpool and man at home.

Job done in the first game and we all know what happenend in the second

Doubt if half their first team were banned it would make any difference
Hard to be confident innit, but you never know. Feel more nervous for Forest V Fulham.

Forest have a midweek game, as to  City. That all works in our favour. I could see that Forest game being a draw quite easily.

This week just gone, mathematically Spurs were playing a side 6 points above them, at home. We were playing a side 15 points above us, away, who had won their previous two games.

Stats can be very misleading...there are lots of underlying factors which they don't account for including injuries, form, fixture congestion and the fatigue that goes with it. It's been regularly proved that at the tail end of a season the probability of stats which are measured at an earlier point in the season usually get quite a bit wrong.
