In a great example of the ultimate bathroom kitsch, I remember my family visiting a (very) elderly relative long, long ago, and as well as providing Izal in the lavatory, there was a spare roll with one of those knitted lady in a big dress covers over it! I think I remember it so clearly as I had never seen one before, and I have never seen one in the wild since.
This was way before anyone would have even thought of doing such a thing ironically!
