Odds slashed from 5/1 to 7/2.

If we don’t win that, we probably don’t deserve to stay up. It should be three points and a lot of discomfort for the clubs around us. If it’s not, it’s hard to see us getting out of trouble.

We can’t drop points against Wolves.
One positive, we’re playing a lot of teams with likely nothing to play for. Aside Leeds, if it gets to that, Maybe Everton and Brentford will still be in the hunt for euro places otherwise it’s on us to show some urgency and purpose in these games

Ps - only thing I’ll say about today is that the lack of fight after they scored was worrying. We were poor and we made it too easy for a side that played in Europe on Thursday.

Eventually I think our inability to defend corners and late leads will cost us.

Yeah it might be. If they don't do it today or tomorrow then you sense they aren't going to. It doesn't get any worse in terms of results than that, really. Thrashed at home in a must win game against a side who were below them in the division.

You would have thought they'd pull clear but after today, I just don't know. I did not see such a humiliation for spurs at home coming.

Come On You Irons" wrote: 22 Mar 2026, 16:00 Our remaining league games are

Wolves (H)
Palace (A)
Everton (H)
Brentford (A)
Arsenal (H)
Newcastle (A)
Leeds (H)

We are going to have to beat Wolves, Everton and Leeds at home and win at least one of the away games (Palace or Brentford look most possible).

Four wins (or three wins and three draws) takes us to 41 points.
Tend to agree. Huge pressure on the next game.

Think 39 points is safe for the others unless some how we scrape to 40.

3 out of the next 4 and then one of the last two is what we need.

Unless Spurs keep shitting the bed, although their squad looked much stronger today.

I can see them binning off that Tudor chump after today.

We still need to outperform Spurs by two points over the last seven games. Easier said than done.

Wolves next is shit or bust for us. We simply have to win that.
You would think so even though we've had a few of those before but we're running out of road.
