Desperately need to bag a couple more wins, which we should be able to do, but we looked incredibly fragile every time they came at us, not sure how we were still in it at the end anyway.
The signs are not positive.

When Billic said after the Arsenal (5-1 home defeat) that he can't motivate the team on the training pitch, he needed to go.
How we are not in relegation fight (at moment) is more luck than anything. We be shocking even when we have won, apart from a odd twenty minute spell. When have we actually played well for a full ninety minutes. We haven't. Constantly start every game slow, worse work rate from any side in the league.
Billic and his coaching staff have failed in all areas. Organisation skill, motivation management, tactics, signings, it's just a mess. Billic has no plan B is stubborn and is a one bang average manager
Fed up watching the shit his teams serve up. Absolutely wank.
Every one can see how effective and brilliant Lanzini can be in the centre. Billic? He plays him on the left. Can't believe that line up yesterday. Lost us another game.

im still struggling to put into words how fucking shockingly bad that was yesterday
from the kick off it went back to reid it was lumped up in the general direction of carroll who didnt get anywhere near it.
soon after creswell went forward, had one thing to do(cross), didnt, and basically went donwhill from there- has he ever had a worse more ineffective game-- hes playing fucking bournemouth?!
SO many players didnt even manage a 3/10

Fair play to bournemouth - with the ball they have a game plan and they all know what to do- without the ball they struggle

The best thing that could have happened yesterday would for us to have lost 5 or 6- 2

We play the worst team of 2017 and could have conceded 8 there's no protection from midfield apart from obiang. Noble is never in position feghouli defends as an afterthought as in the first goal and lanzinis first thought is not to defend. Every time they attacked us they always had spare bodies everywhere. I kind of agree with Sir Alf. If we really want to push on then we need a top goalkeeper and keep either Adrian or Randolph as backup, a decent right back, a top central midfielder to play alongside Obiang and Lanzini, and a really decent striker. Much like we've needed for the last couple of seasons.

Based on the last few games only Antonio, Reid, Lanzini and Obiang are really of the quality / athleticism needed for the first 11. Fernandes has real promise but needs more games. Cresswell's current form is worrying but I think he should be good enough once back to his best?
Randolph is ok and others like Noble, Snodgrass,Carroll and Kouyate are good to have in the squad and can play a part but we need better as first choices IMO if we want to progress.
The likes of Fergouli, Collins, Calleri, Fletcher, etc probably need to go. Byram, Nordveidt, Arthur we need to see some more of to know if they are even good enough for the squad.
Oxford, Burke, Martinez need opportunities especially the first 2. We simply dont know but they would be no worse that some others who have been given chances from the little we have seen of them?
Need that central midfield strengthened and of course striker and full back are priorities.
Quality over quantity.

im willing to believe the Payet situation and getting used to the new stadium and injuries has cast a huge shadow on our season. We also have to accept that, like many other clubs, we've signed our share of wrong uns and not every signing will be a success. I can't get my head around some of the team selections and tactics yesterday, but I'm willing to trust Bilic has his reasons and give the benefit of the doubt for a while longer, and so long as he and the club make the right signings in the summer and we can move on from performances like yesterday. Time to act if next season ends up being a repeat of this, as this is not moving the club forward.

Bilic may have lost the players, that wouldn't be a surprise. Antonio worries me great player hate to lose him to Chelsea or anyone, always said he was more important than Payet when here as younger.

Just how long does it take Bilic to understand that if you play players out of position unless it is absolutely necessity is going to cause problems, we see it with antonio last season again this, just crazy jinking with the team, bet half the team do not know What position they will be playing in the next game.
this is just so he can play his favourites
would out Bilic in the summer.

I said before this game that if Bilic played Feghouli again then he'd deserve a good cunting off for it.
Peter Cook once proclaimed "Yes, I can learn from my mistakes, and I'm confident that I could repeat them". It looks to me as though Bilic has taken this phrase as his motto and is determined to continue making the same howlers, time after time.
Lately we haven't looked like a team, in the true sense of the word, and I get the uneasy feeling that some of the players are starting to lose a little belief in Bilic, as are many of the fans now.

We (you,me and many others) have been having this same discussion for many years. Midfield is where it is exposed the most in transition from attack to defence and why for the second game in a row we were outnumbered as they go forward. It happens several times in most games.
Get a Kante type alongside Obiang and pace upfront

I see Nordtveit,Fletcher and Calleri have gone missing in (in)action. I expect they are now totally out of favour with Mr Bilic. The first was labeled a top player with Bundesliga experience,the second a top prospect from Man U.,and the third described as the next Carlos Tevez of all people. Something going wrong with our scouting seems to be the truth of the matter.

The owneers need to go back to flogging dildos as that is their level.
Buck stops with Billic at the end of the day though. Wrong types of players, some constantly played out of pisirion who are unmotivated, lack unity, organisation and direction.
