Win this game and we are effectively in the latter stages of the competition… it is a cup we should be trying to win.
Realistically it should be Dinos’s first start for the club. Our 2nd string side is pretty strong:

go up on the common bridge your see about a 1/3 of the pitch at a angle .....
Before pop into the Anchor pub in the high street say hello to the main boys from Lincoln -no don't as they can hold their own very easily.

Lincoln City make me think of Graham Taylor, his first managers job at aged 28. I see Sincil Bank is now known as LNER Stadium. Even they managed to get naming rights :-)

Surprised to see we have played Lincoln City as many as 23 times over the years ... mainly Div 2 games in the 50's

The excitement will come if and when we get to the semi final stage. That’s when there’s the realisation that we might have a chance of winning it.
Already, following the draw, we have a great opportunity to reach the last 16 and we haven’t even kicked a ball yet. Aside from the Europa Conference League, this is the easiest trophy for us to win.

That draw dispels the hot balls bollocks. A lot of decent teams will be going out
Manchester United in yet another home tie. The only time those slags play away in cup competitions is when it's a two legged tie.

I remember going to Lincoln in 1982, it was a draw if I remember rightly. Can't remember the exact score.
It was a pretty lively night, pitch invasion. Happy days.
