That bridge has been closed for a while as it is considered too weak to hold car. Could have brought the whole bridge down. Don't think they did anything wrong though, just an unusually high tide.

Charlie is a good friend of mine , he’s a very decent bloke , comes from Plaistow, likes a drink but that doesn’t make him a bad person l could write a book about him l don’t think he was driving the boat though !
