By the way - ignore CAD for just one moment - i baked my first homemade west indian rum cake tonight.
Had to buy a Bundt tine from John Lewis to get the look right and i sunk half a bottle of morgan spiced navy rum into it.
Ooh! What a taste!
Now, back to CAD....

It has not escaped me that vanilla ice cream, which I love, is essentially the same substance as custard, frozen.
